One of the founding members of Silicon Engineering Consultants Pty Ltd, Mr. Hardik Panchal qualified in the multiple areas such as Business Management, Electrical Engineering, and a graduate registered member of Engineering New Zealand Institute to name the few. His helpful and understanding mindset work as driving factor behind the project management of Silicon Engineering Consultants Pty Ltd.
He is Marketing Director at Silicon Engineering Consultants Pty Ltd, with responsibility for marketing programs, brand management, and corporate sponsorships. His greatest strengths are creativity, drive and leadership. He thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand the company’s reach. He does Co-ordination between Client and technical team during project from start to finish.

Dipak Bhavsar
Design Director
With over 16 years of experience in the domain of construction and engineering, Dipak Bhavsar holds the qualification of Masters in Engineering with specialization in Computer Aided Structural Analysis and Design that explains his brilliant dexterity and proficiency in structural engineering. His admirable decision-making skills and target driven attitude is the biggest motivation behind the big name of Silicon Engineering Consultants Limited.

Chinara Sharshenova is a highly accomplished Senior Architectural Designer with over two decades of international experience across residential, commercial, and public sector developments. She has successfully delivered complex projects such as multi-storey apartment buildings, boutique hotels, and heritage refurbishments across New Zealand. With a strong foundation in architecture and business, Chinara combines creative design expertise with technical precision and project leadership. Her advanced skills in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM workflows, along with her LBP 3 accreditation, make her a trusted expert in driving projects from concept through to completion.

Karthik Ramasamy
Architectural Designer
Education: B.Arch, PG. Dip in Construction Management
Karthik Ramasamy is a versatile and detail-oriented Architectural Designer and BIM Coordinator with over three years of experience delivering high-quality design and coordination services across Residential, Commercial, and Infrastructure projects. He excels in Resource and Building Consent, and leading BIM coordination to resolve complex clashes. With a strong foundation in Architecture and a hands-on approach to project delivery, Karthik combines creativity with technical precision, always aiming to optimize workflows and contribute to clash-free, buildable designs.
Jagdip Bajwa
Architectural Designer
A creative and sharp observer, Mr. Jagdip Bajwa is an expert Architectural Designer whose knowledge about intricacies of Architecture that spans from major planning to minor improvisation is fairly imparts amongst the young inspired mind. His proficient commitment and studious attitude have rewarded in the form of Central Innovations and NZIA Central Innovation Design Awards.
A Masters in Architecture, his supervision leads to efficient designing and documentation of building and resource consent document. He is major responsibilities includes designing and attestation of building and resource consent doucment respectively. He functions across multiple varieties of projects from single to multi-level dwellings, sub-divisions, and renovations.

Samir Mehta
Sr.Structural Engineer
Dedicated and keen-sighted professional, Mr. Samir Mehta is accountable for the structural engineering operations such as analyzing, designing, detailing and related task that follows the specific designing code. A Masters in Engineering with the specialization in the Structural area, he is a Gold medalist that sheerly reflects in his work that is executed brilliantly by him.
With the total experience of 12 years in the field of Structural Designing, Samir has a major role to play in Silicon Engineering Consultants Limited as manages the A-Z to structural section which includes the studying of Architectural Drawings, comparison and finalisation of various possible structural systems, preparation of detailed structural drawings and so on that makes up our whole Structural Engineering projects.
